  Air Bed Pros is the real deal. Brandon took time out from his busy schedule after hours to call me directly regarding my repair issue with my air bed. He even offered to have me call him back directly to arrange a time to walk me through step by step on all the hardware specifics required to complete my repair. The original big box air bed company I purchased my bed from was no help other than offering to sell me very expensive whole replacement parts which I really didn't need. Brandon told me exactly what I needed and helped me save a ton of money as well when no one else in the air bed community was really able or willing to do this. I can't recommend him highly enough to everyone I know who has an air bed issue they need addressed. In this day and age of lax or non-existent customer service and really listening to what is needed, Brandon and Air Bed Pros is a much needed and welcome diamond in the rough. Thanks Brandon!
